Pursuant to Section 8 (2) No. 8 of the Trademark Law of 25. October 1994 (BGBl. I p. 3082; 1995 I p. 156), it is made known that:

1.

the flag of the "International Atomic Energy Agency" (Annex 1);

2.

the emblem of the "African Intellectual Property Organization" (Annex 2);

3.

Name, abbreviation and emblems of the "Iner national office for measure and weight" (Annex 3)

shall be excluded from registration as a trade mark.
