§ 1 Scope

This Regulation shall apply to all employers who, as distributors, leave to third parties (borrowers) workers (temporary workers and temporary workers) in the course of their economic activities. § 2 wage lower limit

(1) Loans shall be obliged to pay their temporary workers at least the gross charge referred to in paragraph 2 per hour of work (minimum hourly charge). (2) The minimum hourly charge shall be:

in the federal states of Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia

from 1 June 2016 to 31 December 2016 8,50 Euro

(3) The minimum hourly rate of the place of work shall apply. Temporary workers employed by temporary workers retain the right to pay for their place of employment, as far as this is higher.
