§ 1 Careers Offices

(1) The career of the Central External Action Service shall include the preparatory service, the probaal period and all the posts of this career. (2) The officials shall, in the course of their careers, give the following names of service and office:

§ 2 Objective and content of training

§ 3 Settings authority

§ 4 Conditions of recruitment

In the preparatory service can be hired who

§ 5 Request for tender, application

§ 6 Selection procedure

(1) Prior to the decision on the recruitment to the preparatory service, a selection procedure shall determine whether the candidates, on the basis of their knowledge, skills and personal characteristics, are in favour of the acquisition in the (2) The selection procedure comprises a written and an oral part and may also include psychological aptitude tests and language tests. Section 7 Setting in the preparatory service

Section 8 Legal status during the preparatory service

§ 9 Duration of the preparatory service

Section 10 Outline of the preparatory service

§ 11 Technical theoretical training

§ 12 Foreign Language Training

§ 13 Practical training

§ 14 Training management, trainers and trainers during internships

§ 15 Performance certificates during the course of the theoretical training and evaluations in the internships

§ 16 General

§ 17 Implementation

Section 18 Examination Commission

(1) The examination committee shall be composed of the members who also form the selection committee. § 6 (6) and 6 (7) shall apply. § 19 Language Examination

(1) The written language examination consists of two written supervisory work of 30 minutes each. § 20 Examination

(1) A total of four supervisory tasks with a processing time of at least three hours in each case shall be completed in the written examination. The tasks shall be selected from the following subject areas, of which the subject area number 1 is obligatory:

(2) The supervisory work shall be made on successive working days. After two working days a study day is to be provided. (3) Examination proposals and tasks are to be kept secret. (4) The written work is produced under supervision. The supervisors produce a transcript on each day of examination and shall record the dates of the beginning, the interruption and the delivery of the work, the examination facilitated within the meaning of § 32, and any special examinations. § 21 Prevention, resignation, sabre

(1) Any person who is prevented from taking the examination or part of the examination by illness or other circumstances which are not responsible for the examination has to prove this immediately in a suitable form. § 22 Täuschung, order violation

Section 23 Evaluation of prepayments and exams

(1) Pre-performances are the supervisory work in the introductory and final course as well as the performances in the internships. § 26 Certificate

(1) The Examination Committee shall give the candidates who have passed the runway examination a certificate containing the final grade. Section 27 Examination files, inspection

(1) In each case a copy of the certificates shall be taken with the written supervisory work of the runway examination to the examination records. § 28 repetition

(1) The candidates who did not pass the examination or whose examination is deemed not to have been passed can repeat the examination once; the Federal Foreign Office may, in justified cases, allow a second repetition. Examinations are to be repeated in full. (2) The head of the training centre or the head of the training centre shall, on a proposal from the head of training or the training manager for the central external service, determine within which deadline the Examination can be repeated, which parts of the training are to be repeated and which certificates of performance must be provided. Section 29 General Regulations

(1) Officials of the simple External Action Service may be proposed by superiors for admission to the career path of the Central Foreign Service or apply. Their suitability, which is measured against the requirements of the future career, will be reviewed in a selection procedure. The responsible Personnel Unit shall examine whether the formal requirements set out in this Chapter are available for participation in the selection procedure for the training or practice ascent. § 6 shall apply mutatily to the implementation of the selection procedure taking place at the Federal Foreign Office, unless other regulations are made in the following provisions. § 30 Training ascent

§ 31 Practice ascent

(1) In order to ascend the career of the Central External Action Service, civil servants of the simple External Action Service can be admitted, which at the beginning of the introduction the 45. § 32 severely disabled persons

(1) Suitable severely disabled persons shall be given priority in the occupation of free employment, provided that they have the same qualifications, with the exception of the suitability restricted by their handicaps. Severely disabled persons may only be required to have a minimum of physical aptitude in the case of recruitment. With regard to other aptitude, in particular the professional knowledge and skills, the principle of merit is fully applicable to competition with other non-disabled applicants. Severely disabled people must be admitted to competitions in principle, unless they appear to be unsuitable for use in accordance with the documents submitted. (2) Disabled people will be admitted to the competition as well as for the provision of proof of performance and for the participation in examinations of the facilities appropriate to their handicap. They shall be pointed out in good time. The nature and scope of the facilities to be granted shall be discussed in good time with the severely disabled persons and the representatives of the severely disabled persons, if this is possible in time. The facilitation must not lead to the requirements being reduced. Sentences 1 to 4 are also applied in the case of current disabilities, which do not fall under the protection of the ninth book of the Social Code. Section 33 Transitional regime
