§ 1 Career

§ 2 Objective of training

§ 3 recruitment authority; training authority

§ 5 Request for tender, application

§ 6 Selection procedure

(1) Prior to the decision on the recruitment to the preparatory service, a selection procedure shall determine whether the candidates, on the basis of their knowledge, skills and personal characteristics, are in favour of the acquisition in the Preparation service of the career path. Section 7 Setting in the preparatory service

Section 8 Legal status during the preparatory service

Section 13 Outline of the preparatory service

§ 15 Principles

§ 18 Principles

Certificates of Performance; Reviews

§ 23 Performance certificates during the technical studies

Section 36 Admission to the oral examination

§ 42 Certificate

Section 44 Repeal

Section 45 Transitional provision
