§ 1 Introduction of legal regulations in Saarland

(1) The legal regulations issued on the basis of the First, Third and Fourth Part of the Late Equalization Act, on the basis of the Law on the Law of Enforcement and the Law on Currency Compensation for Savings Credits, shall apply with effect from the Entry into force of the law for the introduction of the provisions of the burden-compensation law in the Saarland from the Saarland. From the First Regulation on compensation under the burden-equalisation act (1). Performance DV-LA) of 24 November 1952 (BGBl. 742) in the version of the Regulations of 27 March 1953 (BGBl. 91) and of 30 March 1954 (BGBl. 65) in Saarland only § 4 (1), (2) and (4). (2) The legal regulations issued pursuant to the Altsparergesetz apply from the date referred to in paragraph 1 in the Saarland to the extent that they apply to savings assets of the Law of the State of Saarland in Section 26 of the Law on Introduction of provisions of the burden-equalisation law in the Saarland. § 6 of the Second Regulation implementing the Altsparergesetz of 9 July 1954 (BGBl. 190), as amended by Section 4 (2) of the Fourth Ordination on the Implementation of the Altsparergesetz of 6 May 1957 (BGBl. 428), the President of the Federal Compensation Office shall be entitled to determine the compensatory office responsible for the Saarland.

§ 12 Application in Berlin

This Regulation shall apply in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Code of Merit of 4 January 1952 (BGBl. 1) in conjunction with Section 39 of the Act concerning the introduction of the provisions of the law on the equalisation of goods in the Saarland, § 374 of the Act on Equalization of Load, Section 7 of the Eleventh Law amending the Burden-Equalisation Act, Article III of the Twelfth Law § 15 of the Law on a Currency Compensation for Savings Credits displaced persons, § 32 of the Altsparergesetz and § 111 of the General War Consequences Act also in the Land of Berlin. Section 13 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its announcement.
