§ 1 Institution

§ 2 Tasks

(1) The help telephone provides initial guidance and information on assistance in all forms of violence against women free of charge. § 3 Address price

§ 4 Requirements for assistance

(1) Initial advice, information and further education are provided by qualified female experts. (2) The assistance is provided anonymously and confidentially, subject to compliance with data protection requirements. Calls to the help telephone are not shown in individual cases. (3) Personal data are collected and processed only for the purposes specified in § 2 (1) and 2 (1), and only with the consent of the data subject. The stored data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose of storing the data. (4) The offers of the help telephone are barrier-free and multilingual. § 5 Requirements for accessibility

(1) The help telephone is available 24 hours a day under a toll-free telephone number. (2) The offers of the help telephone are additionally provided via other means of electronic communication. § 6 Public relations

§ 7 Progress report; Evaluation

(1) The Federal Office for Family and Civil Society Tasks publishes an annual progress report on the use of the help telephone and the services provided. The progress report also serves to adapt the offers of the help telephone according to needs. (2) For the first time, five years after the help of the help phone, the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth has evaluated its effectiveness. Section 8 Entry into force

This Act shall enter into force on the day following the date of delivery.
