§ 1 Institution

§ 2 Tasks

§ 3 Address price

§ 4 Requirements for assistance

(1) Initial advice, information and further education are provided by qualified female experts. (2) The assistance is provided anonymously and confidentially, subject to compliance with data protection requirements. Calls to the help telephone are not shown in individual cases. (3) Personal data are collected and processed only for the purposes specified in § 2 (1) and 2 (1), and only with the consent of the data subject. The stored data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose of storing the data. (4) The offers of the help telephone are barrier-free and multilingual. § 7 Progress report; Evaluation

(1) The Federal Office for Family and Civil Society Tasks publishes an annual progress report on the use of the help telephone and the services provided. (2) For the first time, five years after the help of the help phone, the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth has evaluated its effectiveness. Section 8 Entry into force
