With the approval of the Federal Council, the Bundestag has adopted the following law: Unofficial table of contents

Species 1

(1) The one in Bonn on 30 May. The contract between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, signed in October 1980, has been signed by the Federal Republic of Germany and the Kingdom of the Netherlands. (2) The contract shall be published below. The eleven cards referred to in Article 1 of the Treaty are located at the Federal Foreign Office (Political Archives), at the Lower Saxony State Administration Office-Department of State Measurement-in Hannover, at the district government of Weser-Ems in Oldenburg, at the Landesvermessungsamt Nordrhein-Westfalen in Bonn, at the Presidents of the Government in Düsseldorf, Cologne and Münster, and-in the scope of the respective border sections-in the case of the respective state responsible for these border sections Cadastral authorities are prepared for inspection. Type 2

In the areas covered by Articles 1 and 2 of the Treaty of the Federal Republic of Germany, the applicable provisions of the federal law shall enter into force on the date of entry into force of the Treaty. Art 3

The Governments of the Länder of Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia are authorized to apply for the areas covered by the Treaty of the Federal Republic of Germany by means of a regulation
1.
provisions on the manner in which rights, the content of which is determined by Dutch law, are entered in the land register and dealt with in the enforcement of the enforcement order;
2.
to make provisions for the transfer of such rights to land which can be transferred to comparable bodies governed by German law.
The governments of the federal states of Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia can transfer the authorization to the Land Justice Administration. Unofficial table of contents

Species 4

(1) Goods which are subject to excise duty in the Federal Republic of Germany, with the exception of import turnover tax, and which are subject to the entry into force of the Treaty in accordance with Articles 1 and 2 of the Treaty of the Federal Republic of Germany. (2) In the case of such goods, they are considered to be in the territory covered by the excise duties. (2) Such goods were to be found in the territory of the Netherlands until that date.

Species 6

(1) This Act shall enter into force on the day following its announcement. (2) The date on which the Treaty enters into force in accordance with its Article 8 shall be published in the Federal Law Gazprom.
