§ 1 Costs

(1) For Official Acts
1.
the federal authorities and the national authorities in accordance with the law on the transport of dangerous goods and the legal regulations issued on the basis of this law,
2.
the inspection bodies according to § 9 of the dangerous goods regulation road, rail and inland waterway transport and in accordance with section 6 (9) of the hazardous goods regulation See,
3.
the notified bodies according to § 12 of the Ordinance on Dangerous Goods Road, Railway and Inland Waterways,
4.
the notified bodies for pressure vessels according to § 13 of the Ordinance on Dangerous Goods Road, Rail and Inland Waterways,
5.
the officially recognised experts and technical services referred to in Article 14 (4) of the Regulation on Dangerous Goods, Road, Rail and Inland Waterway,
6.
the competent authorities or persons in accordance with Article 14 (5) of the Ordinance on dangerous goods, road, rail and inland waterway transport,
7.
the competent authority in accordance with Article 16 (8) of the Ordinance on the Road, Rail and Inland Waterways of Dangerous Goods,
8.
the market surveillance authorities in accordance with Article 22 (5) sentence 3 of the movable-pressure equipment regulation
charges and levies are levied. The fees are the result of § 2 in conjunction with the list of fees of Appendix 1 to this Regulation. The authorities referred to in paragraph 1, first sentence, point 1 shall not include the authorities referred to in paragraphs 2 to 5. (2) For official acts within the scope of the competence referred to in Article 11 of the Ordinance on Dangerous Goods Road, Rail and Inland Waterway and in the The Federal Office for Radiation Protection charges fees and charges in accordance with § 6 (6) of the Ordinance on the Safety of Dangerous Goods. The fees arise from § 2 in conjunction with Appendix 2 to this Regulation. (3) For official acts within the scope of jurisdiction according to § 8 of the Ordinance on Dangerous Goods Road, Railways and Inland Navigation and within the scope of the jurisdiction according to § 6 The Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung) charges levies and outlays for the dangerous goods regulation. The charges arise from § 2 in conjunction with Appendix 3 to this Regulation. (4) For official acts within the scope of jurisdiction pursuant to Section 14 (2) of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance Road, Railways and Inland Waterways, the Federal Office of the Federal Republic of Germany (Federal Office of the Federal Republic of Germany) Fees and expenses. The fees arise from § 2 in connection with Appendix 4 to this Regulation. (5) For official acts within the scope of the jurisdiction according to § 16 (1) of the dangerous goods regulation road, railway and inland waterway transport charges the physical-technical Federal Office of Fees and Deposits. § 2 Fee setting

(1) Charges shall be calculated on the basis of time. By way of derogation, charges in the form of framework rates or according to the value of the object are levied for recurrent acts with comparable work expenses. (2) The amount of time spent is determined in hours. Captured hours are recorded proportionally. The travel time required in connection with the performance of the official act shall be settled for a quarter of an hour with the hourly rate applicable to each section of the period. If the official acts which are to be performed for several applicants are connected, the travel time shall be calculated pro rata. Unofficial table of contents
