§ 1 State recognition of the vocational training profession

The training occupation of scaffold builder/scaffold maker
1.
in accordance with Section 25 of the Craft Regulations for Industrial Training Number 14, Scaffold Builder, Appendix A of the Craft Regulations, and
2.
pursuant to Section 25 of the Vocational Training Act

§ 2 Training Duration

§ 3 Vocational training in inhouse training centres

(1) In accordance with the training framework plan (facility), vocational training shall be supplemented and deepened during a period of 25 weeks in over-company training centres, as follows:
a)
in the first year of training, in ten weeks ' skills and knowledge of current numbers 7, 8, 10 to 14 and 19 of the Annex,
b)
in the second year of training, in ten weeks ' skills and knowledge, from current numbers 6, 7, 9 to 12 and 14 to 19 of the Annex,
c)
in the third year of training, skills and knowledge in five weeks from current numbers 10 and 15 to 17 of the Appendix.
(2) The holidays shall be counted towards the duration of the vocational training in the company's vocational training centre. Unofficial table of contents

§ 4 Training profession

The subject of vocational training shall be at least the following skills and knowledge:
1.
Vocational training, labour and collective bargaining,
2.
Establishment and organisation of training activities,
3.
safety and health protection at work,
4.
environmental protection,
5.
Planning and preparing work processes, obtaining and evaluating information, working in a team,
6.
Prepare and apply technical documentation,
7.
Setting up, securing and spaces of construction sites
8.
Machining of materials,
9.
Handling and maintenance of tools, equipment, machinery and technical equipment,
10.
Carry out surveying work,
11.
Waiting, storage and transport of scaffold components
12.
Assess the carrying capacity and manufacture of the load-bearing capacity,
13.
Anchorage anchors,
14.
Build of length-and surface-oriented working and protective scaffold,
15.
Construction of load-bearing structures with substructure including basic formwork,
16.
Working platforms, working platforms and elevators,
17.
Build hanging scaffold,
18.

§ 5 Training framework plan

(1) The skills and knowledge referred to in § 4 shall be taught in accordance with the guidance on the factual and temporal structure of the vocational training (training framework plan) contained in the annex. A material and time breakdown of the content of the training, which differs from the training framework plan, is permitted, in particular, where special operational characteristics require the deviation. (2) The skills referred to in this Regulation, and Knowledge is to be taught in such a way that the trainee is qualified to pursue a qualified professional activity within the meaning of § 1 para. 2 of the Vocational Training Act, which in particular is to plan, carry out and control independent work is included. § 6 Training plan

§ 7 Report Bulletin

§ 8 Interim examination

(1) An intermediate examination shall be carried out in order to determine the level of training. It shall take place before the end of the second year of training. (2) The intermediate examination shall cover the skills and knowledge referred to in the Annex for the first year of training and the third half-year of training, as well as the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex. In the practical part of the examination, a practical task is to be carried out in the practical part of the examination in the practical part of the examination, in accordance with the framework curriculum. . To this end, tasks may be considered in particular from the following areas:
1.
length-oriented scaffolds,
2.
area-oriented scaffolds.

§ 9 Final examination/journeyman's examination

(1) The final examination/journeyexamination shall cover the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex, as well as the teaching material taught in the course of vocational education, to the extent that it is essential for vocational training. (2) The test shall be carried out in accordance with the following conditions: carry out two practical tasks in the practical part of the examination in a maximum of nine hours. (3) In the written part of the examination, the examinee shall be examined in the following examination areas of working, protective and supporting structures, special constructions and movable working platforms as well as economic and social studies. 3.
in the examination area Economic and social studies: general economic and social relationships of the working and working world.
(4) The written part of the examination shall not exceed:

1. Working, protection and support structures in the examination area 150 minutes,
2. Special constructions and movable working platforms in the examination area 150 minutes,
3. in the examination area Economic and social studies 60 minutes.
(5) The written part of the examination shall be supplemented, at the request of the examinee or at the discretion of the Audit Committee in individual areas, by an oral examination, if it may give the rash for the existence of the examination. 3. Examination area Economic and social studies 20 percent.
(7) The examination has been passed if at least sufficient services are provided in at least two of the examination areas in the practical and in the written part of the examination as well as within the written part of the examination. § 10 Transitional Regulation

In the case of vocational training conditions existing at the date of entry into force of this Regulation, the provisions to date shall continue to apply, unless the Contracting Parties agree to the application of the provisions of this Regulation. Unofficial table of contents

Section 11 Entry into force, external force
