Based on article 3 of the law of 22. The United Nations Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations of 21 June 1954 concerning the accession of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the November 1947, and on the granting of privileges and immunities to other intergovernmental organizations (BGBl. 1954 II p. 639), which was passed by the law of 16. For the granting of privileges and immunities to the European telecommunications satellite organisation EUTELSAT, built on the basis of the Convention of 15. July 1982 (BGBl. 682), the Protocol of 13 December 1984 is applicable. February 1987 on the Privileges and Immunities of EUTELSAT. (1) German within the meaning of Article 116 (1) of the Basic Law, the holders of a passport or identity card of the Federal Republic of Germany or of a Berlin professional identity card, as well as persons with permanent residence within the scope of this Regulation shall enjoy, in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article 7 (2), Article 8 (2), Article 9 (4), Article 10 para. 2 and Article 11 (2) of the Protocol no privileges and immunities.(2) The exemption from personal income tax provided for in Article 9 (2) of the Protocol does not apply to persons who have a domiciliate or habitual residence within the scope of this Regulation.(3) The tax and customs provisions provided for in Article 4 of the Privileges Protocol shall be effective from 1 January 2008. 1 January 1985. This Regulation shall apply in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Transfer Act in conjunction with Article 4 of the Code of Transfers of The law of 22. June 1954, by the Law of 28. February 1964 (BGBl. 1964 II p. 187), also in the Land of Berlin. Non-official table of contents
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day on which the Protocol, in accordance with its Article 23 or 24, is applicable to the Federal Republic of Germany enters into force.(2) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day on which the Protocol for the Federal Republic of Germany is repeal.(3) The date of the entry into force and the day of the expiry date shall be published in the Federal Law Gazans (Bundesgesetzblatt).
