Art 1

Art 3

The fundamental right of the person's freedom (Article 2 (2) of the Basic Law) is restricted in accordance with Article VII of the Treaty. Non-official table of contents

Art 4

Requests for legal assistance from French authorities on which an infringement is based, which is governed by German law would be an administrative offence, treated as if under German law they were based on an act that was punishable by punishment. The approval authority may delegate to the managing authority responsible for the prosecution of the infringement the acceptance of the legal assistance. Non-official table of contents

Art 5

This law is also applicable in the Land of Berlin, provided that the Land Berlin determines the application of this law. Non-official table of contents

Art 6

(1) This law enters into force with the exception of Articles 2 to 4 on the day of its announcement. The provisions of Articles 2 to 4 shall enter into force in conjunction with the Treaty.(2) The date on which the Treaty enters into force in accordance with its Article XV (2) shall be disclosed in the Federal Law Gazly.
