Species 1

Art 3

The fundamental right of freedom of the person (Article 2 (2) of the Basic Law) is restricted in accordance with Article VII of the Treaty. Unofficial table of contents

Requests for legal assistance from the French authorities, which are based on an infringement which, under German law, would be a breach of the law, are treated as if, under German law, they are based on an act which is punishable by punishment. The approval authority may delegate to the managing authority responsible for the prosecution of the infringement the acceptance of the legal assistance. Unofficial table of contents

This law shall also apply in the Land of Berlin, provided that the Land Berlin determines the application of this law. Unofficial table of contents

(1) This Act shall enter into force, with the exception of Articles 2 to 4, on the date of its announcement. Articles 2 to 4 shall enter into force in conjunction with the Treaty. (2) The date on which the Treaty enters into force in accordance with its Article XV (2) shall be disclosed in the Federal Law Gazly.
