Art 1

Art 3

Art 4

Art 8

(1) This law enters into force with the exception of Articles 2 to 6 on the day after it is announced. The provisions of Articles 2 to 6 shall enter into force in conjunction with the Treaty.(2) The date on which the contract enters into force in accordance with its Article XVI (2) shall be disclosed in the Federal Law Gazly.
