With the approval of the Federal Council, the Bundestag has adopted the following law: Unofficial table of contents

Species 1

(1) The following decisions are approved:

Decision No 8/93, adopted in Florence on 2 December 1993 by the Board of Governor of the European University Institute, which supplements Article 37 of the common rules applicable to teaching staff and administrative staff,

in Brussels, 28. The decision was taken in October 1994 by the Permanent Commission of Eurocontrol, with Articles 11 and 12 of Annex IV of the Staff Regulations of the permanent staff of the Eurocontrol Agency, respectively. Articles 11 and 12 of Annex IV of the General Conditions of Employment of the staff of the Eurocontrol Centre Maastricht shall be supplemented.

The Federal Government is empowered to inform the two organisations of the formal adoption of the procedures laid down in the above-mentioned decisions. (2) The decisions and provisions referred to in paragraph 1 shall be published below. Unofficial table of contents

Type 2

The Federal Government is empowered to adopt, by means of a regulation without the consent of the Bundesrat, appropriate provisions or agreements on the transfer of supply arrangements of superstate and intergovernmental organizations to put into force within the state. The provisions laid down in the first sentence shall, in accordance with the objectives and content of the Agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Communities, for the implementation of Article 11 of Annex VIII to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities, Communities (BGBl. 1994 II p. 622). Art 3

(1) This Act shall enter into force on the day following its announcement. (2) The days on which the decisions referred to in Article 1 shall enter into force for the Federal Republic of Germany shall be published in the Federal Law Gazprom.
