Art 1

Dem in Strasbourg on 11. The European Convention of 22 July 1960, signed by the Federal Republic of Germany June 1960 on the protection of television broadcasts is agreed with the withheld provisions of Article 2 (1). The Agreement shall be published below. Non-official table of contents

Art 2

(1) The Federal Republic of Germany makes use of Article 10 of the Agreement for the deposit of the The instrument of ratification of the reserves referred to in Article 3 (1) (b), (c) and (e) of the Agreement shall not be used and shall not grant the protection referred to therein.(2) The protection of television broadcasts provided for in the Agreement is the § § 50 and 55 of the Copyright Act of 9. Art 3

(1) (2) The protection against the definition of individual images or against the reproduction of this definition from Television broadcasts of a broadcasting company which is established in the territory of another Contracting Party to the Agreement under its legislation or carries out consignments there shall not be granted within the scope of this Act, if the other Party has made use of the reservation provided for in Article 3 (1) (d) of the Agreement. Art 4

This law is also applicable in the Land of Berlin, provided that the Land Berlin determines the application of this law. Non-official table of contents

Type 5

(1) This law occurs on the 1. January 1966, in force.(2) The date on which the Agreement enters into force for the Federal Republic of Germany pursuant to its Article 8 (2) shall be disclosed in the Federal Law Gazly.
