Having regard to Article 3 of the Law of 22 June 1954 on the accession of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations Special Organizations of 21 November 1947 and on the Granting of Privileges and immunities to other intergovernmental organizations (Bundesgesetzbl. 639) in the version of the amending act of 3 June 1957 (Federal Law Gazette). II p. 469), hereinafter referred to as "Agreement", shall be assigned with the consent of the Federal Council: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

(1) The provisions of Articles II, III, § 4 to 9, V, VI § § 19 to 23 and VII of the Convention shall apply mutah. in accordance with this Regulation to the Intergovernmental Committee for European Emigration, which shall be replaced by one on 5 December. The resolution (MCB/9), adopted in 1951 by the Brussels Emigration Conference (MCB/9), was established with the participation of the Federal Republic of Germany and its statutes on 19 November 2008 (2) The Intergovernmental Committee on European Emigration is subject to excise duties and sales levies in the prices of the movable and immovable property, not exempt. a)
the privileges, immunities, immunities and facilities referred to in Article VI (21) of the Convention
the Director of the Intergovernmental Committee on European Emigration, his deputy, the head of the liaison office of the Committee to the Federal Government, and their spouses and minor children;
b)
the privileges, immunities and facilities referred to in Article VI (19) of the Convention
the officials who are employed at the liaison office of the Committee or its branches in the Federal Republic of Germany and whose recruitment has been carried out by the head office of the Committee in Geneva, irrespective of the duration of their activities in the Federal territory, the higher employees of the liaison office of the Committee of the Federal Government, in particular the heads of branch offices and independent sections, and the officials who are employed at the headquarters of the Committee in Geneva and who are are temporarily in service in the Federal Republic of Germany.
(4) The names of officials and senior staff employed at the liaison office and its branches to which paragraph 3 applies shall be notified by the Intergovernmental Committee on European Emigration to the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany (5) For the purposes of Article 116 of the Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany, the provisions of Article VI of the Agreement shall not apply with the exception of the provision of Article VI (19) of the Basic Law. § 2

This Regulation applies in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Law of the Convention of 4 January 1952 (Bundesgesetzblatt I p. 1) in conjunction with Article 4 of the Law of 22 June 1954 on the accession of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Agreement on Privileges and Privileges and Liberations of the specialized agencies of the United Nations of 21 November 1947 and on the granting of privileges and immunities to other intergovernmental organizations in the version of the amending act of 3 June 1957 also in the Land of Berlin.
