On the basis of § 8 sentence 1, point 3 in conjunction with § 7 of the EU Passenger Rights-Shipping Law of 5 December 2012 (BGBl. 2454), in conjunction with the second section of the Administrative Costing Act of 23 June 1970 (BGBl. 821), the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development is responsible for:

§ 1 Scope
According to this Regulation, the Federal Railway Authority charges fees and charges for individually attributable public services.

in accordance with the EU passenger rights-shipping-law,

on the basis of the EU passenger rights-shipping-law and

Regulation (EU) No 1177/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on the rights of passengers when travelling by sea and inland waterway and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 (OJ L 378, 27.12.2010, p. OJ L 334, 17.12.2010, p. 1).

§ 2 Fees
(1) The chargeable facts and rates shall be derived from the list of fees charged by the annex to this Regulation. (2) Fee exemption or reduction may be granted in so far as the fixing of the amounts determined in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article is applicable. Fee in individual cases would be uninexpensive.

§ 3 Entry into force
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following the date of delivery.

Individually attributable public services to the carrier, travel agent, tour operator or terminal operator in order to establish a breach of Regulation (EU) No 1177/2010 on the basis of a suspiiton, a complaint or a complaint. for the purpose of a sample, if the suspicion or complaint is caused by the person concerned and a breach of a law has been established |
