§ 1 Scope of application

According to this Regulation, the Federal Railway Authority collects fees and charges for individually attributable public services
according to the EU passenger rights-shipping law,
on the basis of the EU passenger rights shipping law and
pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1177/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2010. November 2010 on the rights of passengers when travelling by sea and inland waterway and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 (OJ L 327, 30.12.2004, p. 1).

§ 2 Fees

(1) The chargeable facts and rates are the result of a fee-based fee. the list of fees for the annex to this Regulation.(2) An exemption or reduction of fees may be granted in so far as the fixing of the fee determined in accordance with paragraph 1 would be unreasonable in individual cases. § 3 Entry into force
