Pursuant to Section 32 (4) of the Oil Stock Corporation Act of 25 July 1978 (BGBl. 1073) and Section 36 (3) of the Law on Administrative Offences, as amended by the Notice of 2 January 1975 (BGBl. I p. 80) shall be arranged: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

(1) In the notification pursuant to § 32 (2) of the Petroleum Law (Act), the law must be given by the authorities pursuant to § 25 of the Act.
1.
the stocks held at each end of the month
a)
the petroleum products and product groups referred to in Article 3 (1) of the Act,
b)
Oil,
c)
Semi-finished products
with the exception of the stocks not eligible under sections 26 and 29 of the Act,
2.
the stocks referred to in points 1 (b) and (c), which may be credited to the individual product groups in accordance with Article 25 (5) of the Act,
3.
the total stocks held by each product group.
(2) The notification in accordance with Article 32 (2) of the Act shall be accompanied by a list of the lesions in which the reported stocks have been found on the last day of the calendar quarter to which the report relates. The directory is to be ordered by the federal states or by the federal states. in the case of warehouses outside the scope of this Regulation, apply to Member States of the European Economic Community. The directory has to be included for each warehouse
1.
the exact name of its local location,
2.
the name and address of the immediate owner of the stocks;
3.
the indication of the possession of the holdings referred to in § 27 of the Act; in the case of Section 27 (2) of the Act, the quantity of the other co-owners shall not be disclosed without the consent or participation of the to be able to have reported
4.
information on the nature and quantity of the stocks, provided that a case of section 27 (1) (3) or section 27 (3) of the law is available,
5.
Information on the nature and quantity of the stocks which have been found in another Member State of the European Economic Community.
In the list which shall be appended to the reports for the calendar quarter following the second calendar quarter, the information referred to in the first sentence of the first subparagraph of paragraph 1 to 3 shall be included only if a change to the notification for the following calendar quarter is given for: the second calendar quarter has occurred. (3) In the case of stocks on board a sea vessel, the name of the ship and the port shall be included in place of the particulars referred to in the second sentence of paragraph 2, point 1 and 2, and indicate the end of the month at which the end of the vessel's end shall be: Stocks are reported as stockpiles. Each seagoing vessel shall be considered as a bearing. (4) In the case of stocks on board an inland waterway, the name of the vessel, the port of departure and destination, as well as the loading and unloading data, shall be indicated in place of the information referred to in the second and second sentence of the second sentence of paragraph 2. § 2

(1) In the notification pursuant to section 32 (3) of the Act, the person who is to be required to make a product for each group of products pursuant to § 25 of the Act shall be required to submit the notification.
1.
the quantity of
a)
products manufactured within the scope of the law,
b)
or products delivered to foreign armed forces,
c)
products used for the bunkering of seagoing vessels,
d)
products used as an operating material for the maintenance of the manufacturing operations within the meaning of Section 3 of the Mineral Oil Tax Act,
e)
products manufactured in accordance with Article 25 (3), in conjunction with paragraph 5 of the Act, as manufactured from petroleum carried out in the scope of the Act;
2.
the calculation of the supply quantity to be kept.
(2) To be specified as the overall processing key
1.
the total quantities used in the processing of oil
a)
of oil,
b)
on semi-finished products
as well as the share of the oil produced within the scope of the law in the sum of these quantities,
2.
in the processing of crude oil and semi-finished products
a)
the quantities of petroleum products which have been produced, broken down in accordance with the product groups and other products referred to in Article 3 (1) of the Act,
b)
the quantities used and used for own consumption,
c)
Processing losses occurred
as well as their shares in the sum of all the quantities used. Alternatively, the quantities reported under points (a) to (c), broken down by production from crude oil and semi-finished products, can be reported and their shares are calculated separately from the crude oil and semi-finished products used. .

§ 3

The reports shall be reported in accordance with a model issued by the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA). All quantities shall be indicated in tonnes. Unofficial table of contents
