§ 1 General

The countries are subject to the first sentence of Article 143c (1) of the Basic Law as from 1. January 2007 to 31 January 2007 December 2019 for the abolition of the Community tasks "Development and new building of universities, including university clinics" and "Educational planning", as well as for the abolition of financial aid to improve transport conditions the municipalities and the abolition of the federal government's financing shares annually from the federal government's budget as a result of the abolition of the federal government's financing shares. § 2 Financing of completed joint tasks

(1) With the completion of the joint task " Expansion and new construction of Universities, including university clinics, " is the country referred to in Article 143c (1) of the Basic Law as from 1. January 2014 to 31 January 2014 December 2019 an annual amount of 695 300 000 euros from the federal budget.(2) With the completion of the joint task "Educational planning", the countries from 1. January 2014 to 31 January 2014 December 2019 an amount of EUR 19 900 000 from the budget of the Federal Government. Non-official table of contents

§ 3 Funding of completed grants

(1) With the ending of the federal financial assistance for " Investments in the Improvement of the transport conditions of the municipalities " stands for the countries from 1. January 2014 to 31 January 2014 A sum of EUR 1 335 500 000 per year from the budget of the Federal Republic of Germany is to be paid in December 2019. Within the scope of its competence, the Federal Government shall continue the special programmes pursuant to § 6 (1) and § 10 (2) sentences 1 and 3 of the Municipal Transport Finance Law.(2) With the end of the federal financial support for the "Housing Promotion", the countries from the 1st to the first January 2014 to 31 January 2014 December 2019 an annual amount of 518 200 000 euros from the federal budget.
