§ 1 General

In accordance with Article 143c (1), first sentence, of the Basic Law, the countries stand for the abolition of the joint tasks "Expansion and new construction of higher education institutions, including university clinics", from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2019, and "Educational planning" as well as the abolition of the financing shares of the Federal Government annually as a result of the abolition of financial aid to improve the transport conditions of the municipalities and to promote social housing support amounts from the budget of the Federal Government. § 2 Financing of completed Community tasks

(1) With the completion of the joint task "Expansion and new construction of universities, including university clinics", the countries referred to in Article 143c (1) of the Basic Law shall be entitled to an annual amount from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2019. from 695 300 000 euros from the federal budget. Section 3 Financing of completed grants

(1) With the end of the federal financial assistance for "Investments to improve the transport conditions of the municipalities", an amount of EUR 1 335 500 000 from the budget shall be paid annually from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2019 from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2019. of the federal government.
