The Bundestag has approved the following law with the consent of the Bundesrat: Non-Official Table of Contents
(1) Dem in Emden on 10. The Agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Kingdom of the Netherlands on cooperation in the area of the Ems and the Dollart and in the neighbouring territories (Cooperation Agreement Ems-Dollart) is agreed upon in September 1984.(2) The contract shall be published below. The card B referred to in Articles 2 and 11 of the Treaty and the card A referred to in Article 23 are located at the Federal Foreign Office (political archives), at the Lower Saxony Minister of the Interior in Hanover, at the district government of Weser-Ems in Oldenburg. as well as with the competent authority of the Cadastral Office. In the parts of the area that are territory of the Federal Republic of Germany pursuant to Article 11 of the Treaty, the following shall apply: with the date of entry into force of these provisions in accordance with Article 12 (1) of the Treaty, the provisions of federal law in force in the Land of Lower Saxony, in so far as they have not already been in force in this area. (1) This law enters into force on the day after it is announced.(2) The date on which the Treaty enters into force in accordance with its Article 52 (2) shall be disclosed in the Federal Law Gazly.
