Species 1
(1) The Treaty between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, signed in Emden on 10 September 1984, on cooperation in the area of the Ems and the Dollart and in the neighbouring territories (Cooperation Treaty The contract will be published below. In the area of the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany pursuant to Article 11 of the Treaty, the date of entry into force of these provisions in accordance with Article 12 (1) of the Treaty shall be those applicable in the Land of Lower Saxony. Regulations of federal law, insofar as they were not already in force in this area.

This law shall also apply in the Land of Berlin, provided that the Land Berlin determines the application of this law.

(1) This Act shall enter into force on the day following its announcement. (2) The date on which the Treaty enters into force in accordance with its Article 52 (2) shall be disclosed in the Federal Law Gazproc.
