On the basis of article 5 of the law on the re-establishment of the empire of 30 years. January 1934 (Reichsgesetzbl. 75), § 14 of the Law on Groß-Hamburg and other territorial certificates of 26. January 1937 (Reichsgesetzbl. 91) and § 14 of the Law on the Constitution and Administration of the Hanseatic City of Hamburg of 9. December 1937 (Reichsgesetzbl. I p. 1327) will be added to the regulation on the management of the Elbe in the Greater Hamburg area of the 30. June 1937 (Reichsgesetzblatt I, p. 727): unofficial table of contents

§ 1

(1) The following of the additional contract with Prussia (second supplement of the German law) 22. December 1928, Reichsgesetzbl. 1), under § § 11 and 12 of the Land Prussia, the administration and maintenance of the Elbe river from Ortkathen (at km 607, 5) to five-hausen (at km 611) is to be transferred, insofar as they are not already in accordance with the Reich laws of 26. January 1937 (Reichsgesetzbl. 91) and 9. December 1937 (Reichsgesetzbl. S 961) from the Reich (Reichswasserstraßenverwaltung), the waterways of Köhlfleth, including Kleine Elbe (with Bullerinne) and Finkenwärder Aue, are transferred with all rights and duties to the property and administration of the Hanseatic City of Hamburg.
