On the basis of Article 5 of the Law on the Rebuilding of the Reich of 30 January 1934 (Reichsgesetzbl. 75), § 14 of the Law on Groß-Hamburg and other territorial certificates of 26 January 1937 (Reichsgesetzbl. 91) and § 14 of the Law on the Constitution and Administration of the Hanseatic City of Hamburg of 9 December 1937 (Reichsgesetzbl. I p. 1327) will be arranged in addition to the regulation on the management of the Elbe in the Greater Hamburg area of 30 June 1937 (Reichsgesetzblatt I, p. 727): Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

(1) The administration and maintenance of the Elbe river from Ortkathen (at km 607.5) to five-hausen (at km 607.5), transferred to the Land of Prussia pursuant to the Additional Agreement with Prussia (Second supplement of 22 December 1928, Reichsgesetzbl. 1929 II p. 1), to § § 11 and 12 of the Land Prussia. 611), insofar as it is not already in accordance with the Reich laws of 26 January 1937 (Reichsgesetzbl. I p. 91) and 9 December 1937 (Reichsgesetzbl. 1327) transferred to the Hanseatic City of Hamburg. (2) On the electricity routes, the administration and maintenance of which is transferred to the Hanseatic City of Hamburg, the exercise of the electricity and shipping police will be transferred to the Hanseatic City of Hamburg. § 2

According to the Reichsgesetz of 29 July 1921 (Reichsgesetzbl. S 961) from the Reich (Reichswasserstraßenverwaltung), the waterways of Köhlfleth, including Kleine Elbe (with Bullerinne) and Finkenwärder Aue, are transferred with all rights and duties to the property and administration of the Hanseatic City of Hamburg. § 3

(1) This Regulation shall enter into force with effect from 1 January 1939. (2) The Reich Transport Minister shall adopt the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary for the implementation of this Regulation. Unofficial table of contents
