On the basis of § 35 (1) sentence 1 no. 3 of the Federal disciplinary code in the version of the notice of 20 July 1967 (BGBl. 750) is assigned by the Federal Ministry of Post and Telecommunications in consultation with the Federal Ministry of the Interior: Unofficial table of contents

I.

Transmission authorities shall be

1.

at the Bundesanstalt für Post und Telekommunikation Deutsche Bundespost (Bundesanstalt für Post und Telekommunikation Deutsche Bundespost) for all officials of the board of the

2.

at the accident insurance company Post and Telekom

a)

for the managing director and his deputy, the Federal Ministry of Post and Telecommunications,

b)

for the other officials of the managing directors of the Accident Fund,

3.

at the Museum Foundation Post and Telecommunications

a)

for the curator and his permanent representative, the Federal Ministry of Post and Telecommunications,

b)

for the other officials of the curator of the museum foundation.

This arrangement shall enter into force with immediate effect.
