§ 1 voluntary activity

(1) In the sense of Section 138 (2) of the Third Book of the Social Code, an activity is an act of honour, which shall:
1.
is exercised free of charge,
2.
serves the common good, and
3.
in the case of an organisation which carries out tasks in the public interest or which promote charitable, charitable or ecclesiastic purposes without any intention to profit from profit.
(2) The replacement of deposits arising from the voluntary activity of the volunteer does not affect the free-of-charge. This shall also apply if the delivery rate is in a flat-rate form and the flat rate does not exceed 200 euros per month. In addition to a non-taxable allowance for expenses which the volunteer receives, a lump-sum payment of the delivery rate is only possible, insofar as the outsourcing allowance, together with the non-taxable expenses allowance, is 200 euros. not exceeding in the month. § 2 Vocational integration

The occupational integration of the unemployed person takes precedence over the exercise of voluntary activity. The unemployed person shall immediately notify the Agency of the exercise of an honorary activity of at least 15 hours per week. It shall also ensure that:
1.
is not prevented by the exercise of voluntary activity in its own efforts to put an end to unemployment; and
2.
is able to immediately follow proposals from the Agency for Work on Vocational Inclusion.

§ 3 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force with effect from 1 January 2002.
