§ 1 Fees and Deposits

(1) The second sentence of Section 20 (1) of the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Act of 8 July 2004 (BGBl. I p. 1578), most recently by Article 9 of the Law of 11 August 2010 (BGBl. 1163), the competent authority shall collect fees in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Act and in accordance with the Dispatch Act 2007 charges in accordance with the list of fees in the annex to this Regulation. by way of derogation from § 10 (1) (5) of the Administrative Costs Act for Remuneration Remuneration of Experts in the context of reviews pursuant to § 17 sentence 2 of the Act of Dispatch 2007.

§ 2 Reduction of costs and free costs

The second sentence of Section 20 (1) of the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Act of 8 July 2004 (BGBl. I p. 1578), most recently by Article 9 of the Law of 11 August 2010 (BGBl. 1163), in the case of an allocation of less than 30 000 allowances for an installation, the competent authority may, for reasons of equity or by charging the fee, the fee referred to in point 1 of the list of fees may be charged See. § 3 Contradiction

In the event of an appeal against an allocation decision or against the cost decision of the decision, a fee is levied in accordance with point 4 of the fee list, in so far as the objection has been rejected or after the commencement of the factual processing is withdrawn. § 4 Entry into force
