Act to the Treaty of 8 April 1965 establishing a single Council and a single Commission of the European communities EGVertrG Ausfertigung date: 20.10.1965 full quotation: "Act to the Treaty of 8 April 1965 establishing a single Council and a single Commission of the European communities of 20 October 1965 (BGBl. 1965 II S. 1453)" footnote (+++ text detection from: 28.10.1965 +++) input formula the Bundestag approved the following law with the consent of the Federal Council : Type 1 is approved the Treaty establishing a single Council and a single Commission of the European communities, signed in Brussels on 8 April 1965 by the Federal Republic of Germany. The Treaty will be published below.

Type 2 is a civil servant or judge, whose Office relationship ends, as a member of an institution of the European communities to put on his request to retire. The application can be made until the end of the three months since leaving office. Retirement starts with the end of the month in which the transfer to retire is communicated to the magistrate or judge.

Type 3 this law, as well as - the law regarding the Treaty of 18 April 1951 establishing the European coal and Steel Community from 29 April 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. II p. 445), – the Act on the decision of 8 December 1954 concerning the application of article 69 of the Treaty of 18 April 1951 establishing the European coal and Steel Community by May 30, 1956 (Bundesgesetzbl. II p. 599), – the Act on the contract of 27 October 1956 on the amendment of the Treaty establishing the European coal and Steel Community by December 22, 1956 (Bundesgesetzbl. II p. 1874), – the Act on the decision of May 16, 1961 to the complement of the decision of 8 December 1954 concerning the application of article 69 of the Treaty of 18 April 1951 establishing the European coal and Steel Community from April 4, 1963 (Bundesgesetzbl. II p. 173) apply also in the Land Berlin, provided that the land of Berlin determines the application of these laws.

Type 4 (1) this Act enters into force on the day after its promulgation.
(2) the day on which, the Treaty establishing a single Council and a single Commission of the European communities enters into force pursuant to its article 38 of section 2 of the Federal Republic of Germany, is to announce in the Federal Law Gazette.
