In accordance with § 75 (2) sentence 3 in conjunction with sentence 1 of the Food and Feed Code, as amended by the Notice of 3 June 2013 (BGBl. 1426): Article 10, second sentence, of Regulation (EU) No 872/2012 of the Commission of 1 June 2012. 1 October 2012 setting out the list of flavouring substances provided for in Regulation (EC) No 2232/96 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the inclusion of this list in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council and on the repeal of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1565/2000 and Commission Decision 1999 /217/EC (OJ L 136, 31.5.1999, p. 1), the Community list referred to in the first sentence of Article 75 (2) shall apply from 22 April 2013. The provisions referred to in Article 75 (2), second sentence, shall be up to the end of the 21. October 2014.

In accordance with § 75 (6) in conjunction with paragraph 3 (3) of the Food and Feed Code, as amended by the Notice of 3 June 2013 (BGBl. 1426): Article 10, second sentence, of Regulation (EU) No 872/2012 states that the Community list referred to in Article 75 (3) (3) shall apply from 22 April 2013. The provision referred to in Article 75 (3) (3) shall be as from 22. October 2014.
