(1) The Code of Criminal Procedure shall apply to all criminal matters which belong to the ordinary courts. (1) The procedural provisions of the laws of the State shall be repeal for all criminal matters which are to be decided in accordance with Section 3 in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, unless referred to them in the Criminal Procedure Code. § 11 Transitional regulation to the law for the amendment of forensic DNA analysis

(1) The Public Prosecutor's Office shall be entitled to do so in accordance with § § 2b and 2e of the DNA-Identity-festation Act of 7 September 1998 (BGBl. 2646), as last amended by Article 4 of the Law of 27 December 2003 (BGBl I).
