§ 1 State recognition of the training profession

(1) The training occupation of railway workers in the business service/railway operator in the service service is recognized by the state.(2) It can be trained in the following subjects:

§ 2 Training duration

§ 3 Objective of vocational training

The skills and knowledge referred to in this Regulation are to be provided to enable the apprentier to pursue a qualified professional activity within the meaning of Article 1 (2) of the Vocational Training Act, in particular, to plan, carry out and control independently, and to act in the the overall operational context. The qualification described in sentence 2 shall also be proven in the tests in accordance with § § 8 to 10. Non-official table of contents

§ 4 Training professional image

(1) The subject of vocational training shall be at least the following skills and knowledge:

§ 5 Training framework plan

(1) Knowledge in accordance with § 4 shall be provided according to the guidance on the factual and chronological structure of the vocational training (training framework plan) contained in the annex. A material and time breakdown of the content of the training which deviates from the training framework plan is particularly permissible, insofar as special operational features require the deviation.(2) The training contents referred to in Section I of the Annex shall be extended to include training content from the working and business processes of the chosen subject area in order to enable complex holistic work tasks to be carried out. § 6 Training plan

The trainees have a training plan for the apprentices on the basis of the training framework plan. Create a training plan. Non-official table of contents

§ 7 Report Sheft

§ 8 Intermediate examination

(1) An intermediate examination is to be carried out in order to determine the level of training. It is to take place before the end of the second year of training.(2) The intermediate examination shall cover the qualifications referred to in the Annex for the first year of training and for the third half-year of training, and to the qualifications required in the vocational education and training course in accordance with the framework curriculum. Teaching material, insofar as it is essential for vocational training.(3) The intermediate examination consists of the execution of three work tasks, situational discussion phases as well as written tasks. The operational focus must be taken into consideration. The work tasks and the discussion phases are to be carried out in a total of at most 180 minutes, whereby the discussion phases should comprise a total of at most 15 minutes. In particular, the work tasks are:

§ 9 Final examination subject heading

(1) The final examination extends to the list of items listed in the Annex. Skills and knowledge, as well as on the teaching material taught in the vocational education and training course, to the extent that it is essential for vocational training.(2) The final examination consists of the examination areas of work orders in the interlocking system, operational service, deviations from the regular operation as well as economic and social studies. Vocational training, labour and collective bargaining, the organisation and organisation of training activities, safety and health at work, environmental protection, operational and technical communication, customer communication, planning and organisation of the training activities are: Work, evaluation of work results, railway operation as well as logistical processes and quality management to be taken into account.(3) In the examination area, the examinees are to carry out work orders in the control unit in at most 60 minutes of work orders in the driving service management station and document them with task-specific documents as well as accompanying situational discussion phases for a maximum of 10 minutes. § 11 Transitional rules
