This legal regulation is a training order within the meaning of Section 25 of the Vocational Training Act. The training regulations and the coordinated framework curriculum for the vocational school, agreed by the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Länder in the Federal Republic of Germany, will soon be published as a supplement to the Federal Gazette. § 1 State recognition of the vocational training profession

(1) The training occupation of railway workers in the operating service/railway operator in the service sector is recognized by the state. (2) It can be trained in the following disciplines:

Road,
2.
Local guide and transport.

§ 2 Training Duration

The training lasts three years. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3 Objective of vocational training

The skills and knowledge referred to in this Regulation shall be conveyed in such a way as to enable the trainee to pursue a qualified professional activity within the meaning of Article 1 (2) of the Vocational Training Act, which shall, in particular: autonomous planning, carrying out and controlling as well as acting in the overall operational context. The qualification described in sentence 2 shall also be proven in the tests in accordance with § § 8 to 10. Unofficial table of contents

§ 4 Training profession

(1) The subject of vocational training shall be at least the following skills and knowledge:
1.
Vocational training, labour and collective bargaining,
2.
Establishment and organisation of training activities,
3.
safety and health protection at work,
4.
environmental protection,
5.
company and technical communication, customer communication,
6.
Plan and organize the work, evaluate the results of the work,
7.
railway operation,
8.
Support for traction vehicles,
9.
Rank
10.
Forming of trains,
11.
Check wagons,
12.
Check brakes,
13.
Oversight of the train,
14.
Conduct the driving service,
15.
Logistic processes and quality management.
(2) The subject of vocational training in the subject areas shall be at least the following skills and knowledge:
1.
in the direction of travel:
a)
Operate control units in the shunting mode,
b)
Operate control units and control the driving service in regular operation,
c)
Operate control units and route the service in the event of deviations from the control mode,
d)
Operate control units and route the service in the event of malfunctions,
e)
Take action in the event of dangerous events;
2.
in the field of locals guide and transport:
a)
Testing of motor vehicles,
b)
Operation of traction vehicles,
c)
Carry out travel on a regular basis,
(d) to carry out journeys in the event of divergence from the control operation and to disturbances.

§ 5 Training framework plan

(1) The skills and knowledge according to § 4 shall be mediated in accordance with the guidance on the factual and temporal structure of the vocational training (training framework plan) contained in the annex. A material and time breakdown of the content of the training, which differs from the training framework plan, is permitted, in particular, insofar as the particularities of practice require the deviation. (2) The above mentioned in section I of the Appendix. Training content is to expand training contents from the working and business processes of the chosen subject area in order to enable complex holistic work tasks to be carried out. § 6 Training plan

The trainees have to draw up a training plan on the basis of the training framework plan for the trainees. Unofficial table of contents

§ 7 Report Bulletin

The apprentices have a report booklet in the form of a training certificate. They should be given the opportunity to carry out the report sheet during the training period. The trainers have a regular review of the report booklet. Unofficial table of contents

§ 8 Interim examination

(1) An intermediate examination shall be carried out in order to determine the level of training. It is to take place before the end of the second year of training. (2) The intermediate examination shall cover the qualifications listed in the Annex for the first year of training and the third half-year of training, as well as the qualifications referred to in the Annex. The intermediate examination consists of the execution of three work tasks, situational discussion phases as well as written documents. (3) The intermediate examination consists of the execution of three work tasks, situational discussion phases and written examinations. Tasks. The operational focus must be taken into account. The work tasks and the discussion phases are to be carried out in a total of at most 180 minutes, whereby the discussion phases should comprise a total of at most 15 minutes. In particular, the work tasks are to be considered:

manual switching of electrically-placed or mechanically televised switches and the application of hand-held closures,
2.
Carry out a full brake application on a journey or freight train as well as create a brake slip,
3.
Carry out a train test, including the carriage test, on a journey or freight train.
In the written tasks, the test item should show a total of 120 minutes in total, that it can ensure the control operation. Unofficial table of contents

§ 9 Final examination Specialising in the driving route

(1) The final examination shall cover the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex, as well as the teaching material in the vocational education and training course, to the extent that it is essential to vocational training. (2) The final examination shall consist of: The examination areas for work orders in the interlocking system, operating service, deviations from the regular operation as well as economic and social studies. Vocational training, labour and collective bargaining, the organisation and organisation of training operations, safety and health at work, environmental protection, operational and technical communication, customer communication, planning and organisation are all part of the programme. to take into account the work, evaluation of the results of the work, railway operation as well as logistical processes and quality management. (4) The examinees are to carry out operational service in the examination area in a maximum of 120 minutes according to specified operational situations in writing. Comply with operational regulations, health and safety regulations and other safety-related regulations,
2.
communicate in accordance with the situation,
3.
be aware of the impact of your own actions on security, punctuality and customer satisfaction.
(5) In the examination area, the examinees shall deviate from the normal operation according to specified operational situations, work orders of the railway operation in the event of deviations from the control operation, disturbances or irregularities in a situation-related situation. (6) In the examination area of economic and social studies, the examinees are to deal with practical tasks-oriented tasks in writing in a maximum of 60 minutes, showing that they are general economic and social. (7) In determining the overall result, the individual examination areas have the following weight:
1. Examination area Work orders in the Stellwerk: 30 percent,
2. Examination Division Operations Service: 25 percent,
3. Check range deviations from the control mode: 25 percent,
4. Examination area Economic and social studies: 20 percent.
(8) The written examination areas must be supplemented by an oral examination at the request of the examinees or at the discretion of the examination board in individual examination areas if they can give the test for the passing of the examination. In the determination of the results for the oral examination areas, the respective previous results and the corresponding results of the oral supplementary examination in the ratio of 2: 1 are to be weighted. (9) The final examination is if passed, if

in the overall result and
2.
Operating service and deviations from the regular operation in the examination areas

§ 10 Final examination Specialising in the field of train drivers and transport

(1) The final examination shall cover the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex, as well as the teaching material in the vocational education and training course, to the extent that it is essential to vocational training. (2) The final examination shall consist of: the test areas of train journey, service, testing of traction vehicles and economic and social studies. Vocational training, labour and collective bargaining, the organisation and organisation of training operations, safety and health at work, environmental protection, operational and technical communication, customer communication, planning and organisation are all part of the programme. to take into account the work, evaluation of the results of the work, railway operation as well as logistical processes and quality management. (3) In the examination area, the examinees are to carry out work tasks for a maximum of 60 minutes, as well as accompanying persons. Situational discussion phases of a maximum of 10 minutes . . In particular, the examinees are to show that they take into account the operational safety. (4) The examinees are to carry out operational service in the examination area in a maximum of 120 minutes according to specified operational situations in writing. In doing so, the examinees should show that they
1.
explain the importance of signals,
2.
Comply with operational regulations, health and safety regulations and other safety-related regulations; and
3.
Observe the impact of your own actions on security, punctuality and customer satisfaction
(5) In the examination area, the examinees are to carry out work orders on the traction vehicle in a maximum of 60 minutes and document them with task-specific documents, as well as accompanying situational discussion phases of the test shall not exceed 15 minutes in total. In doing so, the examinees should show that they
1.
Test drive vehicles taking into account the functional interrelationships of drive, control and braking systems,
2.
Perform preparation and final work,
3.
take measures in the event of disturbances,
4.
Comply with operational regulations, health and safety regulations and other safety-related regulations; and
5.
Observe the impact of your own actions on security, punctuality and customer satisfaction
(6) In the examination area of economic and social studies, the examinees are to deal with practical tasks-oriented tasks in writing in a maximum of 60 minutes, showing that they are general economic and social. (7) In determining the overall result, the individual examination areas have the following weight:
1. Test area Train travel: 30 percent,
2. Examination Division Operations Service: 30 percent,
3. Testing area Testing of motor vehicles: 20 percent,
4. Examination area Economic and social studies: 20 percent.
(8) The written examination areas must be supplemented by an oral examination at the request of the examinees or at the discretion of the examination board in individual examination areas if they can give the test for the passing of the examination. In the determination of the results for the oral examination areas, the respective previous results and the corresponding results of the oral supplementary examination in the ratio of 2: 1 are to be weighted. Section 11 Transitional regime

In the case of vocational training conditions existing at the date of entry into force of this Regulation, the provisions to date shall continue to apply, unless the Contracting Parties agree to the application of the provisions of this Regulation. Unofficial table of contents

§ 12 Entry into force, external force
