§ 1 Legal Form

§ 4a Task planning

§ 5 Programme principles

§ 6 Inadmissible offers, protection of minors

§ 8 Cooperation with third parties

§ 9 Productions

§ 10 Advertising

(1) Advertising must not mislead, do not harm the interests of consumers and do not promote behaviour which endangers the health or safety of consumers and the protection of the environment. § 11 Sponsers

§ 18 Counter-Representation

(1) Deutsche Welle is obligated to distribute by broadcasting the counterrepresentation of the person or body affected by a factual allegation disseminated by Deutsche Welle in a broadcast. (2) The duty to disseminate the Counter-representation does not exist if:

the person or body concerned has no legitimate interest in the distribution, or

(3) The reply must be limited to actual information and must not be subject to a criminal offence. It shall be written in writing and shall be signed by the person concerned or his legal representative. § 19 Inputs and complaints

Section 21 Safety of evidence
