§ 1

§ 2

(1) The large Bundessiegel is run by the Federal President, the Federal Chancellor, the Federal Ministers and the Court of Auditors of the Federal Republic of Germany, as well as by the President, the Central Bank Council and the Executive Board of the Deutsche Bundesbank; it will be applied for ceremonial assessments, especially in the case of the creation of laws and ordinances, as well as in the case of orders. (2) The President of the Bundestag and the President of the Federal Council may also serve the grand Bundessiegel. (3) Federal Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court of the Federal Supreme Court and the upper Federal courts use the great Bundessiegel to produce judgments and decisions. § 3

(1) For the rest, all federal authorities conduct the small Bundessiegel; the same shall apply to the Deutsche Bundesbank and its official documents. (2) The Federal Minister of the Interior may hold corporate bodies of public law, which are the supervision of federal authorities. shall allow the application of the Federal Adler in its official seals, if there is a special occasion.
