§ 1 State recognition of the vocational training profession

§ 3 Training profession

The subject of vocational training shall be at least the following skills and knowledge:

§ 4 Training framework plan

(1) The skills and knowledge according to § 3 shall be mediated in accordance with the instructions contained in Appendixes 1 and 2 on the factual and chronological structure of the vocational training (training framework plan). In the course of the teaching of the skills and knowledge according to § 3, chemical-technical goods, plant protection, can be chosen between the number 10, photo or the number 11. A material and time breakdown of the training content, which differs from the training framework plan, is permitted, in particular, insofar as a basic vocational training course is preceded by a basic vocational training or a special operating experience (2) The skills and knowledge referred to in this Regulation are to be conveyed in such a way as to enable the trainee to pursue a qualified professional activity within the meaning of Article 1 (2) of the Vocational Training Act; , in particular, independent planning, implementation and control is included. § 5 Training plan

§ 6 Report Bulletin

§ 7 Interim examination

(1) An intermediate examination shall be carried out in order to determine the level of training. It shall take place in the middle of the second year of training. (2) The intermediate examination shall cover the skills and knowledge referred to in Annexes 1 and 2 for the first year of training, as well as to those in the vocational education and training courses in accordance with the framework curricula, to the extent that it is essential for vocational training. (3) The intermediate examination shall be in writing on the basis of practice-related tasks or cases in a total of no more than 180 minutes in the following Examination subjects to be carried out:

§ 8 Final examination

(1) The final examination shall cover the skills and knowledge listed in Appendix 1, as well as the teaching material provided in the course of vocational education, to the extent that it is essential for vocational training. Section 9 Repeal of provisions

§ 10 Transitional Regulation

In the case of vocational training conditions existing at the date of entry into force of this Regulation, the provisions to date shall continue to apply, unless the Contracting Parties agree to apply the provisions during the first year of training of this Regulation. Unofficial table of contents

Section 11 Entry into force
