§ 1 Decision on contradictions

The Federal Administrative Office shall be empowered to rule on appeals by officials of the German Patent and Trademark Office in matters relating to travel costs, provided that the Federal Administrative Office makes the measure or rejected. § 2 Representation in the case of legal action

The President or the President of the Federal Administrative Office shall delegate the representation of the Federal Republic of Germany to claims by officials of the German Patent and Trademark Office on matters relating to travel costs, to the extent that the The Federal Administrative Office was responsible for issuing the appeal modestly after this order.
