I.

On the basis of Article 1 (1) of the Order of the Federal President on the appointment and dismissal of the officials, civil servants and judges of the Federal Republic of Germany of 23 June 2004 (BGBl. 1286), the President of the German Patent and Trademark Office will repudiate the exercise of the right to recruit civil servants in the higher technical service.
