I.

On the basis of the second sentence of Article 1 (1) of the Federal President's order on the appointment and dismissal of the officials, civil servants, judges and judges of the Federal Republic of Germany of 23 June 2004 (BGBl. 1286), the President or the President of the German Patent and Trademark Office will revoke the exercise of the right to recruit civil servants in the higher scientific service at the German Patent and Trademark Office transfer.
