On the basis of the second sentence of Article 1 (1) of the Federal President's order on the appointment and dismissal of the officials, civil servants, judges and judges of the Federal Republic of Germany of 23 June 2004 (BGBl. 1286), the President or the President of the German Patent and Trademark Office will revoke the exercise of the right to transfer rank A 15 with official allowance in the area of group lines and officers for Classification and documentation of the Department 1/I (Patents I) and 1/II (Patents II) of the German Patent and Trademark Office are transferred.
