§ 2 Rules relating to the maintenance of the property, post-insurance

(1) Following the entry into force of this Act, claims under the law listed in § 1 may no longer be asserted; for the settlement and settlement of claims that have arisen up to that date, the following shall apply:
1.
The care of the former members of the civil service and their survivors is governed by the provisions of § § 69 and 69a of the Staff Services Act.
2.
The pension payments to former staff of Jewish communities or public institutions and to their surviving dependants shall be governed by the law to date.
3.
Aid and support shall be granted on the basis of the provisions of the previous law.
4.
Supply under the Federal Supply Act is granted with the measures of the previous law.
5.
In the rest, the legal relationships, other claims, responsibilities, payment obligations and the settlement of the claims under previous law shall be settled; it shall remain with the competence existing on the day prior to the entry into force of this Act of the top service authority.
(2) The implementation of the post-insurance and the refund shall be governed by the law to date, subject to the condition that, in the case of reassurances which take place after 31 December 2004, they are considered to be in the general pension insurance scheme. In order to reimburse the administrative costs of pension cases with periods of reinsured, the institutions of the statutory pension insurance scheme shall be granted 1.1 per cent of the pension amounts to be reimbursed. (3) The responsibility for the exercise of the pension amounts in the pension insurance schemes shall be granted to the institutions. With the end of 31 December 2007, the tasks referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be applied to the Federal Finance Directorates-Service Centre Supply-in the Division of the Federal Ministry of Finance.
