Art 7 transitional provision, entry into force (1) this Act enters into force subject to paragraphs 2 to 6 on the first day of the calendar month following the announcement.

(5) paragraph 4 shall not apply in the State of Berlin.
(6) paragraph 1 enter into force with effect from 1 July 1977 No. 2 article 1 No. 3 and 4.
