Art 7 Amendment of the Civil Service Act

(1) (2) For part-time employment, reduced working hours and leave granted prior to the entry into force of this Act, Section 14 (1) sentence 1, Section 2, of the Civil Service Supply Act shall be found in the prior to the entry into force of this Act shall continue to apply. Art 8 Amendment of the Soldier Supply Act

Type 9 Change in the service level designation of former professional soldiers who retired or were dismissed as the main field wedges

(1) By way of derogation from § 44 (7) of the Soldatengesetz (Soldatengesetz), a former professional soldier who retired or retired before 1 January 1983 with the rank of Hauptfeldwebel/Hauptbootsmann, retired or retired, shall be entitled to the grade of service
a)
Stabsfeldwebel/Stabsbootsmann with the addition "out of service (a.D.)", if he last received remuneration from grade A 9, or
b)
Oberstabsfeldwebel/Oberstabsbootsmann with the addition "out of service (a.D.)", if he last received remuneration from grade A 9 with official allowance.
(2) The Federal Minister of Defence may grant permission to a professional soldier made redundant before 1 January 1983 with the rank of Hauptfeldwebel/Hauptbootsmann, by way of derogation from § 49 (5) of the Soldatengesetz (Soldatengesetz).
a)

Art 11 Berlin-clause

This law shall also apply in the Land of Berlin in accordance with the provisions of Section 13 (1) of the Third Transfer Act. Unofficial table of contents

This Act shall enter into force on the first day of the calendar month following the proclamation.
