I. Decree of appeals by civil servants

Pursuant to Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) in the version of the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. 675) in conjunction with Section 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Civil Service Law Framework Act, which is defined by Article 2 of the Law of 21 June 2002 (BGBl. 2138), and Section 1 (4) sentence 1 of the Postal Personal Rights Act of 14 September 1994 (BGBl. 2325, 2353), as defined by Article 24 of the Law of 9 July 2001 (BGBl I). I p. 1510), we shall transfer the power arising from Section 1 (2) of the Postal Personal Rights Act to enact opposition decisions in respect of decisions under the federal state aid rules, the head of the Service branch office personnel service of Deutsche Post AG in Halle.
For special cases, we reserve the right to take a decision on the appeal. Unofficial table of contents

II. Representation in the case of claims arising from the civil service relationship

Pursuant to Section 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act in conjunction with Section 1 (4) sentence 1 of the Postal Personal Rights Act, we transfer the power of representation of the dienser to lawns resulting from Section 1 (2) of the Postal Personality Act the civil servant's relationship with respect to decisions under the federal state aid rules of the head of the head and/or the head of the board referred to in Section I.

III. Final provisions

This arrangement shall enter into force on 1 May 2006. At the same time, the order for the transfer of responsibilities for the adoption of opposition modestals and the representation of the dientherrn occurs in the case of claims arising from the civil service relationship in the area of Deutsche Postbank AG of 28 August 2003 (BGBl.
