I. Decree of appeals by civil servants

(1) On the basis of § 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act, as amended by the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. 675) in conjunction with Section 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Law on the Law of the Civil Service, as amended by the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. 654) and in accordance with Section 1 (4) of the Postal Personality Act, as amended by Article 24 of the Law of 9 July 2001 (BGBl. 1510) in conjunction with Section I of the Order of the Federal Ministry of Finance on the delegation of responsibilities for the area of Deutsche Post AG of 27 May 2004 (BGBl. II. Representation in the case of claims arising from the civil service relationship
