In accordance with Section 1, Section 4, Sentence 1 of the Postal Personal Rights Act, as amended on 1 January 2002, Article 24 of the Law of 9 July 2001 (BGBl. 1510) in conjunction with Section I of the Order of the Federal Ministry of Finance on the delegation of responsibilities for the area of Deutsche Post AG of 24 June 1999 (BGBl. I. Fixing the reduction of remuneration
