I p. 750) in conjunction with Section 1 (2) sentence 2, para. 2 and paragraph 5 sentence 1 of the Postal Personal Rights Act of 14 September 1994 (BGBl. The disciplinary powers of the top service authority in proceedings against retired civil servants of Deutsche Post AG will be transferred to the head of the branch office, which is the supervising office for the retirement officer.
