Pursuant to Article 31 (5) (7) of the Law on the Treaty of 18 May 1990 on the creation of a monetary, economic and social union between the Federal Republic of Germany and the German Democratic Republic of 25 June 1990 (BGBl I). II p. 518) in conjunction with Section 21 (2) of the Reichsschuldenordnung (Reichsschuldenordnung) in the adjusted version published in the Bundesgesetzblatt part III, outline number 650-1, I determine that the interest-bearing Treasury notes of the fund "German Unity" Debt securities according to § 21 (1) of the Reichsschuldenordnung (Reichsschuldenordnung) and the provisions of the Reichsschuldbuchgesetz (Reichsschuldbuchgesetz) are to be equated in the adjusted version published in the Bundesgesetzblatt Part III, outline number 651-1.
