In accordance with § 70 of the Federal Civil Service Act, to decide on the acceptance of rewards or gifts, the officials, even after the termination of the civil service relationship, are granted in respect of their office,

pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Regulation on the granting of jubilee grants to civil servants and judges of the Federation, as amended by the Notice of 7 May 1965 (BGBl. 410), as last amended by the Third Regulation amending the Regulation on the granting of jubilee grants to officials and judges of the Confederation of 22 January 1980 (BGBl. 88), to grant or refuse official jubilee grants.

In the case of rewards or gifts granted to an official after the termination of the civil service relationship, decisions under Section 1 (1.1) of that order shall be the responsibility of the authority whose business activities are last heard . Unofficial table of contents

I transfer the Oberpostdirectorates-insofar as they reserve the right to take the decision-the Central Telecommunications Office, the Central Postal Office, the Social Office of the Deutsche Bundespost, the Central Office for the Development of the Federal Office for the Development of the Federal Republic of Germany. Telecommunications, the Central Office for Telecommunications Approvals, the Universities of Applied Sciences of the German Federal Posts, the Federal University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration, the Department of Postal and Telecommunications, the offices of the postal and telecommunications system and the Bundesdruckerei-je for its business area-the power to

Pursuant to Section 64 of the Federal Civil Service Act, to require an official to take over and continue a secondary activity in the civil service,

Pursuant to Section 65 (4) of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz), to approve and refuse an official of secondary activities as well as to revoke authorisations,

in accordance with Section 69a (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act, retired civil servants and former officials with pensions, to prohibit the admission of employment or employment.

In so far as retirement officials and former officials with pensions are prohibited from taking up employment or gainful employment, the competent authority responsible for decisions under Section 3 (3.3) of that order shall be the authority whose Business unit of retired civil servants and former officials with pensions prior to termination of the civil service has been last heard.
