For the officials of the German Library, in the sense of the Federal Disciplinary Order, the authorities are:

1.

for the Director-General of the German Library and the Director of the German Library (as permanent representative of the Director-General):

the Federal Minister for the Interior,

for the other officials of the German Library:

the Director-General of the German Library.
