§ 1 Order of Tilgung

§ 2 Duration of interest

§ 6 Early repayment
(1) The Federal Administrative Office shall decide on the application for the granting of an estate on account of premature repayment of the loan (rest) in accordance with Article 18 (5b) of the Act, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 and the annex to this Regulation. § 8 Balance of payments
(1) The interest in accordance with Section 18 (2) of the Law shall be charged by the respective loan (rest). (2) The interest shall begin with the calendar month following the date of payment. § 9 Data discovery

§ 10 Repayment of repayment

§ 11 Repayment terms
(1) In the case of monthly payment (Section 18 (3) sentence 1 of the Law), the repayment rates shall be paid at the end of each month, in the case of quarterly payment (Section 18 (4) of the Law) at the end of the third month in a sum. Section 13 Allocation of the amounts recovered

§ 14 Administrative Offences
